Thank you to all the Knights that made us aware of the chat issue. We've resolved this issue and you should no longer be encountering this.

We've also received reports on the armor count values disappearing. We're currently working on a fix that will be released as soon as we have it. (Android Only)

This update has screwed my game up completely. It wouldnt update from.the play store. It never does anyways
So i have to always uninstall and reinstall. Well this time when i install it it starts updating in game and stops at 79.8% and then it force closes

Also, guild chat shows the users name for every single message so we have no idea who is talking.

Don't forget the part about the FREE OFFERS section being on permanent CLICK VIDEO OFFERS...thereby not allowing you into the Other Offers button without using some tricks to check it.

And the parts where I have several guildmates' reporting that their game CRASHES every time they hit the GUILD button whatsoever.

And lastly, the fact that I NO LONGER KNOW HOW MANY ARMOURS I HAVE because they took the count/total off the end of the armours list is a royal pain in my patooty trying to figure out how many I can craft, and how many I need use up extraneously to make room to forge the ones I actually WANT to utilize my materials for (such as...say...epic boss armours).

I do like and appreciate the features they have tried to add here...good stuff...

...but WAAAAAAAY too many other BUGS to make this one effective. We need some patch work before this guild blitz please.

This is unfortunately the worst update I have seen in this game, and I've been around since Deva. They are normally NOT this buggy.

Please fix asap so we can all get back to our normal lives of hating Gree for making entirely too much money off of us, rather than for a game that doesn't function fully at the moment.

Someone else posted this earlier: go to your "My Knights" tab and check armor count there.

Here is a new patch!

We introduce language inplemented by people that are illiterate.
We added new crashed and bugs just for u guys!
New fusable armors of witch 2 were already fusable.
Jay us and our hard work.

Thanks for all the reports and feedback on the current update. We're currently aware of the guild chat issue that's displaying the incorrect names in the chat history. Game keeps freezing on us. Did not get all our war points short us close to 3k or more points. Chat is messed up. Got kicked out of war at the end.

Looks like they got it fixed but it still made war difficult for awhile. Like the added features. Still should of checked it 1st before letting us get aggravated with it.

this would extremely helpful! And maybe NOT 2 days before a war?

guild chat issues are minor compared to the game freezing every 3 minutes or not getting pts because of it, not acceptable.

oh, and can we negotiate something with the ridiculous amount of misses?!? a miss per fight is one thing, but a line up of epics shouldn't be defeated by a 4-star line up, no matter how cute they are ;) Come on guys! You can get this right

the fast forward button needs a permanent ON switch, then when you click it it slows down. that's what id rather see. make it toggle in options. it would have been a lot easier than what you did in a programming sense.

Im playing knights and dragons and it wont let me go to my guild or participate in guild wars im starting to get really angry now it just throws me out of the app when i try to click on it my guild will think iv stopped playing and kick me from the guild would like to know why this is happening and when you will fix this issue for me. Every time I click on guild the app closes for me as well. I'm running the latest iOS. I shut down app and restarted - it's GREE. Every other link on the game works fine. I think it's a sign that it's time to stop playing this POS.

I'm having the exact same issue. I can fight in arena and on map, but the second I click on Vermax, the game crashes.

I also deleted the game, restarted iPad, downloaded the game, but no effect.
I'm using iPad2 with latest iOS installed.

Time is ticking away, and all I can do is look at Vermax, drooling at me and giving me the finger (claw actually, but you get the picture ;) ).

Does anybody know of a way to fix this?

For me, the hidden update appeared when I clicked on "arena".
Then it prompted me to a downloading screen, in which i had to wait to load.

From there, it solved my issue.
Not sure if it's the same with others

OK I got the update to load. Don't ask me how. It solved NOTHING!!. I can play anything on the map and in the Arena. When I go to either the "Guild" or "Guild War" the game restarts. 8 hours till the guild war and no fix in sight. Not a great way to keep a new player in the game when other similar games don't have this issue.

Finally got it working again. Deleted reloaded. Updated from app store. then updated again in game. After a 50 crashes while loading update it finally went through. Still can't access vids or offers.

No one in my guild can watch videos, we are all on various iDevices with various iOS'. Several of us have uninstalled and reinstalled, etc. Still the endless no videos message loop.

This will help some folks in our guild. We have a website so they can at least check there as they can't get to us in game. Nice to see they're at least trying out temporary workarounds until they can address the actual problem.

Any armor that is in use in a group I can't burn for upgrading other armors. The armor that the game tries to swap my guy into shows up instead of the armor I want to burn. This same glitch happens for every group. This wouldn't be a big deal, except for the summoning circle group. In order to manually switch the armors that this group is using you have to pay crystals. Please fix the pointer that is using the wrong object. ty. Great game, I truly enjoy it.

Okay, I got the videos to work for me, but my husband is still having the endless no video notification loop.

Well, working for me as well as they ever do. ;) I'm on an ooold iPod so videos crash it a lot. But they are coming up. Not sure why it's working for me and not my husband on his iPad 2.

I have also noticed that while my gems did not decrease, the gems that i supposedly tried to use to refill count towards the gemnado gems spending count. This seems to be the result of a glitch.

Does anyone have the same issue?

As glitches go, that is one of the nicer ones I've heard or seen :)
Sure, you can't participate in guild war as much as you'd like, but if you spam that refill button enough, you get a few free armors from Gemnado :D

New issue (for me anyway) and got the typical "Issue closed, we're working on it, deal with it until then" response from their "customer service".

Have an armor currently being worn by one of my knights, got a new armor I want said knight to wear.
Go to update new armor with old armor.
Pop-up saying armor is being worn by knight. Do I want to re-equip?
I say yes.
It puts random armor in enhancing slot.
I go through and manually replace armor everywhere I can.
Go to enhance new armor.
Same pop-up. This one says that the old armor is being worn in the summoning circle.
I have never used the summoning circle, but I did just discover that I can't change my armor until I spend crystals to summon. Which I am not going to do.
Ugh.

Edit: Forgot to add there are a few threads on this issue, but as it seems to be related to this abysmal patch, I thought I'd add it here as well.
