Mods: update on increasing defensive building stats?

We were led to believe that defensive buildings were going to get a stat boost so that they would be relevant again. They are so outdated that you could even multiply the defensive stats times the players level and they would not be too strong. Then we got the defensive LTB (which would be too powerful times players level) and nothing more was heard on the subject.

Mods, can we get a status update?

imo, the def builds should not be affected by player level.

Any update on the future of this game would be appreciated. Or should we expect the same 5 events for the next year.
