unit building upgrade times

So now it is obviously insanely important to reach level 6 or level 10 in a minimum one of: elite training, robotics, advanced airbase or dry docks. I would like to analyze which is quickest from all of my current levels to get to 10 and worth the valor units that unlock at those levels. Does anyone have a list of the upgrade times for each of those buildings? I checked the toolkit but it doesn't have correct times for the airbase and I want to know that plus confirm that the rest are correct.

yes i know that but to lvl 10 from what level all of mine i am at that is not neccisarily true. Also the buyable units are different per building and it is worth weighing the extra time against the increase in stats the air/sea units give so i want to know the upgrade times for each level 1-10 for each building.
