Someone it my faction said the splash screen for it just showed up. Our faction also has the next set of folders active (0 collected last time I check) and it was showing possible units. He also had his daily log in reset and shows 0/0 for all units.

To see this screen on iOS just go to the donate folders section. Enter more folders to donate than you have (ie you have 4 folders type in 5). Then it gives you the option to buy more. Click that. And then you are taken to the raid boss area.

I'm assuming that the end date is off by 1 year.

No, just try to donate more folder than you have on iOS. Then "get more" and close the buy folders screen and it will appear with the time left – many, many days. If you want to tell me how to pull stuff out of the data, go ahead :p
