This was first place prize in the last battles.
It is now the 2nd place prize for ip earners. So if the awesome guy who claimed this the first time around was to end up with it again (2nd place) would it stack?

Does that matter? No, not really but how obvious does gree have to be in making that prize already obsolete?

Next time it will be for the top 10 ip earners..........

Something is wrong with the individual prices, for finishing 36-40 you get a 12% car defense modifier, and for finishing 41-45 you get a 20% car defense modifier... Thats just one example.
