Before syndicates existed the maximum level you could reach was 200. Once syndicates were created the level cap was increased to 250. Hopefully the level cap will be increased again soon because I need to put much more points into my energy.

to finish off this thread, the best energy/xp ratio is tommy blade in restaurant row, 162:162. 2nd best is modern loft in liberty park, 37 exp:56 energy. in case anyone is looking to level up quickly, lol.

so after a year of playing in a top 125 syn, I set out on this quest to create the worse possible account (with 500 mafia). I leveled as quickly as possible through the use of an auto clicker and bluestacks, only putting my effort into the modern loft in liberty park (most xp for least energy). a couple things derailed me a couple weeks into this endeavor. 1. gree upped the scratcher prizes so I was getting 20k stat items, 2. bluestacks died.

Anyways, I was at lvl 63 with about 8k stats and I noticed that I was surrounded by dead accounts, people who had stats worse than me at the same level because they had given up way before gree went full retard. after the scratcher improvement + that damn 30k cake, my stats jumped to 50k/75k by lvl 68. Anyways, I realized that there is still a version of play, focusing solely on econ growth, that allows users to essentially build iph without ever getting robbed because of the "new" rivals list, matching you by stats instead of level. If you gain levels as quickly as possible, without improving stats, eventually you're rivals are ghost towns, filled with uncollected buildings, ripe for the taking.

Don't know if this matters to anyone but I thought I'd pass the tidbit along in case people didn't care about keeping up with stat growth and just wanted to focus on iph. I revived bluestacks last week and found this account so if anyone wants to add me: ISUCK, 144 336 636

Not sure I am buying this number on 245 with 2.38 mil Xp really doubt I will see lvl 250 in 200k Xp as lvl 246 is shown at 2.4 mil

Ask some 250s. 2,513,xxx is a pretty common reply, although the last three numbers are usually different for some reason.
