If you noticed, the crates you are picking up are the ones from last event. I've gotten one of each. One new crate and one crate from last event. Of course. Did you guys really expect it to go smooth? Lol.

First 2 boxes did not register. Restarted game and got new different looking gold colored box. Not the green I got with first 2. Gold one registered and was able to open. Next 3 boxes were green type that do not register.

surely u all didnt exspect this to roll out and operate the correct way did ya? lol everone since gree fixed the airplane mode glitch(kudos for that) everthing from my walls being spammed from attacks like 50+ notifiactions just from getting hit 12 times and then in war u get the notifications when ppl attack us which never use to happen..

Fix your game. the developers either are incompetent or do not care at all, this has been embarrassing for some time.

Umm... I have 2 characters and it is affecting both of them. Not really sure how it can just affect a few folks. Are you saying that there is different programming for different people outside of iOS and Android? I'm not trying to start trouble I just want to know how it only affects part of the playing community.

I don't know...but maybe this is where we must attack the Secret Mongolian Base for the correct lockbox item. Because right now...I've done about 60 strikes and gotten 2 crates. Both were the wrong one.

Something new is happening - got a crate, pushed button to reset timer. immediately displayed I had no crates. No splash screen.
Tried to get another crate to check the timer, but none dropped after 20+ attempts & ran out of energy.
Hesitant to try and recreate this, as I'm losing gold each time i do it

Just got another case. Inventory showed I had two crates and timer wasn't there (was at zero/cases ready to open). gold open & it went through the motions of opening 2 crates. 1 green beer & 1 unit.

Same thing. I also lost my boxes. The seem to not count if its the first box you get during a attack. Happens often.

Been saying for sometime that this event is broken NOW looking into it lmao way to stay on top of it!!! I stopped spending gold on these events when the 15/15 gave me the same reward for two days but not the final reward.

Most people get NOTHING, or only a FEW crates.
The "same" people get the "same" result, nada.
The usual "leaders" get the usual "amounts" to acquire their usual "lead".
How is that possible every event?
The technical specialist just posted it was fixed.
How do 10-50 people get so many GOOD crates, so QUCKLY, while most people meet with failure?
It's almost mystical, magical, incredible.
I'm puzzled.

If i'm using a box it wont count.
For example:
I have 8 boxes. I open 1 box and after this I still have 8 boxes.
For now I have opened like 10 boxes with cash and all answers are sorry.

Edit: I could upgrade to a newer version and got my first bottle.
