I think OP means to say that

1.GREE isn't increasing player levels to 350.
2. GREE isn't releasing any money buildings that will unlock when you reach level 250

Yes, the level count will be 500. Also , they WILL be releasing new buildings, the OP was wrong. The new buildings are defensive & add 250 points to fend off rivals.

and they're also planning to make henchmen more powerful. now that's not good!! they're already so powerful. stop gree quickly before they imbalance the game completely!!

Absolutely. I am playing the beta now. What sucks is that the henchmen now costs 500 gold each! Gold spenders are going to be too powerful so don't waste your time unless you are willing to buy vaults for henchmen. Btw, the scratchers are still pointless. Even at early levels. They actually lowered the stats on the prizes.
