Thx to all. I did not see TOS warning so I guess I will give this a miss as I would like to know something about what I am buying. I don't buy mystery bags or lucky dips.

Huh? It was released yesterday, so there's no ToS violations.

There's no mystery surrounding it. The cost/payout/build time algorithms are always the same*.

8X8 footprint. $50m base cost. 18 hour output time. $500k base output.
Each upgrade is 1.67 times the cost of the previous upgrade, minus any mods you may have.

The payout increments are based on the level 1 payout:
2 -> 2x
3 -> 3.5x
4 -> 5.5x
5 -> 8x
6 -> 11x
7 -> 14.5x
8 -> 18.5x
9 -> 23x
10 -> 30x

* - unless they issue a type A building in which case the payout is different. But that hasn't happened since the Pagoda and is highly unlikely IMHO.

Edit: There are so many different mods out there at this time that it's kind of pointless to post a table of values - you're better off creating your own spreadsheet that takes your mods into account.

Somebody has idea but could not share it due to “violation of TOS”.

Once the event is out, posting info is fair game. Posting unreleased game information is a ToS violation.
