Game(s) lost in transfer please help ASAP

A&F or CJ or anyone who is out there. I have now lost all of my games through the transfer game process. I have opened the cases below. Please help ASAP. They both initially transferred fine, but then when I exited the game and opened it back up they were both gone.

It happen to me also. After successfully transfer, complete some goals, then exit the game. Open it again,it shows Alex with level 1. Open the case today, hopefully will get my acc back.
