Banshee final reward not received

I join a faction about 9 hours before the end of raid boss Banshee event in hoping to completing the Elite goal 27/27 for the final prize. They were doing 4/10 of lvl 100 boss of the 27/27 goal when I joined.
The faction requires me to dealt a certain amount of damage within a time frame so that I could stay for the final prize and I did it.
When the faction finishes off the 10th boss of the 27/27 goal, the faction goal got reset to 0/10 lvl 100 boss.
Now the faction member told me that they will contact Gree reqarding the error and so I waited.
6 hours passes and I decided to send in a ticket, about 10 hours later I receive a reply from Support saying that I only have record of completing 21/27 of the Elite goal (I completed this goal with my previous faction). As such, I replied support saying why would the data base have record of me completing the 27/27 of the elite goal when the faction itself encounter an error when they finish the goal and that I will be hopping back to my original faction as Finland World domination event is starting very soon. And support replied me when the WD event has started saying that I will not be eligible for any rewards if I interchange the faction during the event. That made me even more ANGRY! I replied again to support saying why would they use the time to investigate the error I encounter and not just sending me the useless replies. A day passed and another support reply and mentioned to me that they will be escalating my ticket directly to one of the Modern War Play Experience Specialists, who will get back to me as soon as possible.

But till now 9 days later, not a word from support.
It isn't fair as almost the whole faction got their reward after sending ticket while I am still stuck on a waiting ticket.
So I am warning those raid boss jumper, please be careful if the faction you jump to encounters any errors. Just remember to snap screenshots or any stuff that could be used as proof.

We will make sure Support receives your inquiry and will try to get to you in a timely manner.

If you were informed that your ticket was passed over to a specialist, then this will involve more digging and investigation and we will make sure that they get back to you as soon as possible.

At first they said that he wasnt in the faction when we completed the raidboss, then when he proved them wrong, they said that he couldnt receive the reward since he was in another faction when the event started. In every other event (except wd ofc) we have always beeen able to jump in and out of factions and still receive prizes, why not from the raidboss? And why couldnt gree inform us of that? Smells like gree is coming up with bad excuses for issues they dont want to be handling.

I will try to answer you question to the best of my knowledge.

When the Raid Boss first launched for Modern War, the ability to jump factions was locked. We received a lot of complaints and then later made it to where you could jump factions, but say for example, your faction already completed the event and received all rewards.

You then decide to help another faction, so you jump and help complete the final goal, they receive the credit but you do not, as this is like a defense type mechanism to avoid any duplicate rewarding.

Now as for you not receiving a reward for jumping factions during this event, we would have to look further into this as previously explained. if there happens to be some sort of bug then we will try to let you know either through a ticket or here in the forums.

This wasnt conserning me, as I was in my faction from the beginning and received the unit. I just felt bad for OP who spent gold and didnt receive the unit.
