Hi,
We're a top 750 syndicate that pushes for top 500 in every battle. We're close every time but a lack of activity from some players has meant we've fallen at the final hurdle every time (And generally finish around 550th).
Unlike most other syndicates out there, we're not too concerned about stats. We have our high att/def players that do very well in battles but we also have a nice balance of high level players that excel in SLTQ's and low stat players that contribute well to both types of events. Everyone has their value.
The challenge now is to replace the last of the non-active players with active ones. The core 30 members that we have on GroupMe are generally active 5 or 6 times a day outside of battle times. When battles come around, we're all around on and off throughout the day.
We've completed every Epic Boss
We've come close to completing every raid boss (Easy/Normal done, level 25 out of 27 of elite)
We generally get very close to completing SLTQ's
Most importantly, we've done this on our own despite having offers of help during the bosses and events. We'd rather get where we're going on our own instead of relying on the big syndicates like so many others are doing these days.
