Has been unable to acsess the game in over 4 weeks due to a transfer issue, he sent 3 tickets in this time providing his name, level, gold recipts. And nothing, he is very frustrated his name is billybadass level 129, can anyone help I don't want tolose this player and neither should you....

I am in need of gree support in transferring my game to a new device after my old one just stopped working, I have sent a request to customer support but have not heard back, its been over a week, an would really like to play . My ticket # is 1431910
