If anyone needs the file please let me know. I have a mini on a tab that doesn't have google play store
but I was able to get the 4.0 apk file and my crime city is working NOW. :)

Where did you download the apk? I downloaded from Google Play but that doesn't work

yea, the one from google store wasn't working for my tab either.

Download it from there. It came from My android Galaxy Note 2 so it should work with
any other android device.

There is an update again. Apk not working anymore. Somebody has the latest apk file and working? My third mini doesn't like to stay in bed ;)
