Iam having an ugly experience. Four times today and once yesterday I used gold to open some of the crates. The gold was promptly consumed but instead of opening a crate, the "Sorry" sign popped up. Is this happening elsewhere?

It happens often on iOS. The prize is suppose to be in your inventory but you have no idea what you attained

Put a support request in, but dude don't spend Gold on crates..
