I'm sorry, but post edit, it is still confusing. There is no wrapper prize. You get x for collecting all 8 and you get y for collecting 10 cards. I appreciate the communication, but there continues to be too many errors in game and on the forums, one which after two months I am still awaiting a response from your customer service. Please ensure that fort he upcoming events, including the WD event, that the awards and requirements, including the correct events, are verified in advance. A minimum level of QA would go a long way. Hire a summer intern, find a warm body.

i keep running into the issue where i am not getting credit for all the crates i am collecting, i am looking at my map, i have 5 crates laying on the ground from hitting targets, it says i have 2 on hand, i pick them all up and change maps, still says 2, leave the game and come back.... 2...

oh yeah and STILL for the last 4 crate events am having the issue where 90% of the time when i try to open a crate it says error communicating with server, try again, then i try again and get a SBLNT 100% of the time after the error, sometimes one of my crates dissapears though, so am i earning something... who knows

I have opened ticket on this in the past and just get told "we are aware" that is it, this has been happening for months

I have 4 transponder boxes that I have tried opening multiple times with no luck. I did well at first and received 2 cards - Am I supposed to lose 1 transponder box on each failed attempt? They are staying in my inventory. I am not sure how this is supposed to work...and how do you obtain crates?

Hey guys, just for confirmation, are you receiving a "better luck next time" message when attempting to open a box, or have received a box/crate but the reward did not register correctly?

Our developers have been looking into this, and I can say that this should be fixed soon going forward where you will not have to face these sort of issues.

If you have a ticket and need an answer, please send it to Support and an agent will get to you in the order which they are received.

I have seen this on numerous events and just thought it was me being stupid, thanks for confirming that, whilst I am stupid, I haven't been imagining this....

Just another quick update regarding the Sorry, better luck next time message, for iOS this has been addressed and is being fixed in an upcoming update, hopefully the next update.

For Android, this is still being looked into, but as previously mentioned, this should be fixed so that going forward this does not happen again.

Will try and keep you posted on any other updates.

But I do not believe for one second that it is random chance that I receive 9/10 Access Cards the first 24 hours and after that, esp as a gold player, that I NEVER EVER RECEIVE THE 10th card! This is the second crate event that I haven't received the 10th and final item. How could I get that many right away and then no more if the chances were the same on day 1 as they are on day 2, 3, 4....etc. No way! There is more at play here than they admit to.

Makes me think it may be better to skip the event all together than to get my hopes up that things will be any different this time than they were before. To do the same thing over and over and to expect a different outcome is what???

Be very careful guys it appears that you can use 8/8 units in box event that resets your goals...Gree I think that this should be addressed-i.e. no events going on while this event is live so that this won't happen.

I've had the same problem. Collected 9 cards in the first 24 hours and nothing but units since. I've used both the gold and cash options. Others in my faction have only used cash and gotten the final prize. What gives, GREE?

This is quickly becoming my least favorite event.

:cool: okay. I am not alone. Few players also faced the problem of opening crate using GOLD and got no rewards.

This game is making more players receiving more frustrated. Well done Gree !

Cautions:
1) Those whom had high blood pressure or can't take stress, do not participate. Quit this game NOW.
2) Continue using GOLD may enrol you for a more higher pressure in you blood program till vomit blood.
