Need help with support ticket - Anyone???

Really hate for it to come to this request. . .
This is an old running problem for many. Have had a ticket open for sometime. The response has now boiled down to a repeated canned response every time I ask for an update. Case was opened on February 21st.

Can any mod, dev or gree viewer help with this please? Ticket is #1402904
