I have been locked out of the game for a while on a Droid IC2 'Invalid Data Packet' issue. I uninstalled the game per Gree's previous instructions and I cant even download it again as of today.

My question is, if I have a new device can I somehow contact support with my ID number and get my game transferred over?

It seems like a long shot since anyone with a code could attempt this but with the right personal information is this even doable?

I know we have the transfer game button IN the game but since I cant get there I just want to know what my options are, short of calling it a day with this app.

I have same problem. I can't log into my account for more then a week now! I had it before and was fixed with new game version but it takes ages!

I'm pretty sure, the transfer to a new devise you asked is possible. I know one person who did it. Customer service asked a lot of questions via email before the did it....
