We will be adding a few daily/gold players who want to be dedicated, loyal, and vital members of a great faction. We believe very strongly in solid communication and collaboration amongst our members. Below is a brief synopsis of our faction standards:
1. There are no more minimum WD points that are required to be attained before the war ends. We believe that sets a low bar for some players to reach and they only shoot for that goal and settle for doing the bear minimum when there are more points to be had even while playing free! This may require more time to be dedicated to the game, but if others are putting up big money, more time requirement of free players is to be expected. We know that there are not always targets for lower stat players to hit, but that is a price of being a top 25 faction and not taking full advantage of pre-war events to boost stats! We are not here to provide campers with free units on the backs of others efforts and "real money" spent! When factoring in WD points in a cut scenario, we are looking for best effort from the lower end of the scoring chart! This game is about competition, and it's fun to have a little in-house competetion, as well as against other factions!
2. We don't have minimum donations! We ask that you donate based on your IPH and when that is low it may take some extra raiding on your part! Occasionally we ask for everyone to step it up when we are trying to reach a goal and while still not required, it is noted when players choose not to help attain the faction bonuses which in turn help them!
3. Faction events or tournaments are not mandatory, but since they benefit all, they must be considered if cuts are to be made down the road! We don't usually have a problem in this department!
4. Communication is key! We all have personal lives and sometimes we just can't be as active as we may like! Make sure myself and officers know when you may miss all or part of a war, or will in general be inactive for a time, so we account for this in battle/event planning as well as not holding it against you in cut considerations because we just assume you've lost interest!
We have a great group of players making up the 101 and it would be awesome to keep everyone around for the long haul if they so choose, but we know that some grow weary over time and burn out or just can't afford the game at GREE's pace! Turnover is to be expected, but I love a good loyal group! I feel disloyal to a member when I have to cut them, but tuff decisions have to be made to be fair to the group as a whole at times! We are hoping these standards set forth will highlight the members that truly want to be apart of the 101 and believe in pulling their weight! There is no one member greater than the team in the 101!! We have some strong members that are great at certain things and play their part well and are vital to the success of the 101 in many ways, but we will not be a top 25 faction or greater without the best effort from the whole team and everyone playing their part well!!!
***Always represent the 101 with honor and respect whether it be on walls of other players from raids/attacks, message groups or forums!! We all try to have good fun and take jabs at opponents and such, but that can be done in a respectful manner without derogatory remarks that make you and your faction look bad! We should all know the lines and limits, so don't drag the factions name down by crossing them!!!***
Currently we have a couple of open slots due to players retiring!! We are a mixture of big spenders, medium spenders, and no spenders! Like most factions out there, we are looking for your best effort as often as you can give it! We rarely have any drama, we keep the stress level to a minimum, and we cut up every chance we get in game chat and Palringo!
