Anyone seen this issue?

Game loading screen freezes, then says No network connection: error code 17.

I've tried:

Resetting device, router, modem, force closing app, and deleting my wifi network and adding it again.

All other iOS apps seem to work just fine.

I have a guildie going thru the same problem. But have you tried just being on 3G/LTE? Turn your wifi off and try that

Just fixed my guildies for him. Got him to soft reset his phone. Try it hold down the power key and home button until your phone restarts

Yeah I get it time to time but it goes away pretty quickly

I only get it if I'm outside having a smoke. My wifi will still be on but very low quality so that's why I get it there. It's just a connection problem

Thanks guys.

Its a wifi only iPad and iPod both, so no option to switch to 3g.

I've tried the same steps on both.

Hmm weird. I just found out one of my other guildies is having the same problem and that didn't fix it either. As a last resort you could backup your device then reset it and restore it

Looks like it might be my ISP. Drove to a friend's house and KND worked on both devices. Visited parents (with same ISP) and same error 17.

I have the same problem, I can't get on the game from my home wifi so I just was using my phone without wifi. And now I wake up this morning and it isn't working on there either. I have contacted them and getting really pissed.
I got to play about 2 days then it has stopped working on everything for me now. :(

Same problem here. The game will not work on my home wifi on any device (iPhone, iPad, & iPod). I have no issues on any of the other 10 or so networks I've been on lately, but it won't work on the one that I most want it to. My neighbors have the same ISP, and it works fine there. I've reset all devices and the router...multiple times. Nothing has resolved the issue thus far. Help?

I got a response to my ticket saying a specialist is looking into it. My only resolution thus far is to find a different network to play on.

SUcks, but it works.
