Could a mod please give me an indication how long currently a ticket is taking.

I sent a ticket in on the 26th of Feb and received the automated reply.

Since then nothing

I missed the 40% of gold the pvp and the epic raid boss so far.

Not a great job so far gree

It took me a full 13 days to get my account transferred. Misses the end of last war, Raid boss, PVP and the start of these current events. So just sit back and enjoy life for a few more days.

Argh bless the grammar police are American. I speak the Queen's English and it is spelt realise.

I will except your valid comment on the comma.
