Level needed to see boss goal chain

Like the title says. Does anyone know what level you need to be? Or if low level players will get the big prize after beating all the boss levels?Thanks in advance.

New accounts need only reach Level 5 to take part.

yes...up to level 77 boss but no goal chain. Must be a certain level needed to see it. If it's not too high I might try to level that far. I'm level 23 now.
