three weeks ago, I contact Gree's support,
ask them why I barely find uzis,
and I got that answer:

ask how cum I spend 2200 energy and only get 2 uzis,

Yesterday, I send an email again, from the support button in the game,
ask them about the ltq - how come I can only make it barely to 8/15,
and why do they do that so hard,
since few players from my syn quit the game cause it's not anymore who is better, but who is richer,
and I got that answer:

yes, it's exactly the same answer as my last ticket.
General answer, has nothing to do with the question.

I felt weird, so I reply to that laconic answer:

however,
due to last time I got the same answer and nothing more,
I won't be surprised if the reply I got was an auto reply and not from a real person.

Gree always claim the do everything to make the game fum
But,
As for my experience,
They made fun of me.

Lol! I stopped sending tickets in, cause I get same auto-replies as well.

So mostly you are spamming the support team, knowing that you will not get an actual answer, just to waste some of their time. This is time that they could be using to help get player's accounts transferred or actually solve real problems that are happening to players.
GREE makes the game hard enough to play without your "efforts". Please just accept that the uzi drop rate is not good enough to finish the raid bosses without gold.
