Where is on the run ltq info?

Why aren't we being supplied the info for "on the run" ltq? Please post info so individuals can know whether or not it's worth doing.

I will change it. Just figured out how to make one recently. Is there a reason why it would be deleted other then it's obnoxious size? Is there some limit that I am exceeding? Please advise. I use photo bucket currently for this.
