Finland WAR, will things have changed for small streak factions?

Hi just wondering for the War in Finland, will things have changed for small streak factions?
Have Gree done anything to make it more even for all, or are we going keep the trend of streak teams?

don't think they have implemented any changes yet.

They will probably leave that for us to figure out once the war starts. If they told us every change they make, then there would be nothing left to figure out for ourselves. We'd just be a bunch of dummies tapping away at a screen.......oh wait...

Umm they've pretty much already stated for a fact that yes things are going to change.

It will not be friendly on streak teams.
