I've just gotten permanently banned. No warning, no nothing. What because I had a decent amount of gems and gold? Seriously, guys. Get it together!

This is rubbish, now I'm going to miss out on this War Epic+. Cheers for that.

I see there is a fair number of players being banned, and I think it would be interested to just collect the amout we all spent on the game to sum up. That will make Gree/Iugo and players realize what they have done.

I would like to just see an anonymous list saying like:
- I spent $1300 and got banned
- I spent $600 and got banned

etc.. And it will sum up to a headline saying like - "We spent $100 000 on a Gree game and got banned"

We could then publish this on a blog or something to warn people about spending money on a Gree game.

My friends are friends of hadesRR and i know that they ALL spend lots of money just to buy gems in your game.
They are your customers, fair customers. So try to be fair to them as well. It's also for the future of the game.
And one more thing, if you banned players kindly tell them the reason first on why they were banned or give them some warnings. Also please make your customer support's active, a player will wait for 4-5days just to receive a reply and the bad thing is the reply is only an automated one. ridiculous, was following a cheater I reported.. finally he got banned today and he wasnt in a major guild so it wasnt to eliminate competition.
finally gree dropped the ban hammer. Im glad they did.
accounts wont be flagged as glitcher unless theres a reason, gree dev's have access to all data, its possible to easily detect a mismatch of gems and transactions after you remove the amount of free gems you should be able to obtain per x time. there are many suggested algorithms I can think of.
anyway stop complaining in this forum. you have support you should contact if youre really "clean" that is

Shadow both members have full receipts to account for all gems purchased , this is why we are trying to find out the reasoning behind this rather than just a you've been banned automated message , I fully support that those who cheat get perma banned , why would they now risk loosing accounts they've spent thousands of £ on , on a quick fix they've never needed before

The answer to that rhetorical question is rather obvious. Just because you spent thousands in the past does not mean you would rather spend thousands going forward if the same result were available to you for free.

I would say the risk vs. reward calculation is different. A brand new account with no sunk investment that hacks a gets bannned represents relatively little loss to the user, whereas an account that represents hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars that gets banned is a significant loss. That risk might make someone think twice before hacking on an account full of maxed epics.

1) There's a rampant use of backdoor, commonly distributed exploits that Gree completely ignores even though it would screw with revenue stream, OR

I highly doubt gree just started banning members with a lot of gems for that reason plain and simple. It would be rather easy for them to do an all time gems bought/gems spent. They obviously keep track. It is a business. None of you know for sure what people have done or haven't done.

Gree would not just ban people for no reason. Makes no business sence. There are all kinds of hacks/glitches out there to take advantage of If you come across one, or stumble onto one. You are supposed to report it and reload the game (TOS). If hades was banned, he did SOMETHING to warrent it. Last guild war we had a guy in our guild that kept fighting like he had endless gems, come to find out, everytime he went to fight, the game never took an enrgy from him. So he kept fighting and fighting and never spent a gem or a single energy. He was not very strong, so only racked up 18k points for the whole war. This had no effect on our position, or the positions of others when the war was over. SO...... this guy didn't TRY to cheet or do anything derogatory in the game.
HE WAS PERMABANNED TOO. Sucks, he was a good kid who just wanted to participate in the war, but it happens. Something like this is probably what happened to Hades, only him and gree know the truth. Everyone can quit crying for him.
On another note..... anyone realize how LOW the scores are in arena now? ( #1= 156, 000 points, #6= 76, 000 points.) What a big difference, usually everyone in top 10-15 are already well over 100, 000 points.

Even after gree confirms that all the people banned were indeed hackers you are still skeptical? I think all the leaders in your clan scams. How about giving the banned posters the specifics for the ban?
I'm not denying the validity of any action taked but backing it up would be a good idea.

Come on man you have to admit this is a great thing and that the public pressure *might* have something to do with it? I do agree this isnt a thing we should be overly delighted about as it should be a standard but just to have that standard set (hopefully gree will continue doing this / code a anti-cheat thing) is nice.


The "standard" for being banned has always been there, & they have always done autoban sweeps. Since day 1 of companies existence.

The fact that they can just half heartedly attribute it to 11+ & you all gobble it up is quite telling.

Not that I'm surprised, the guy in the other thread thinks that datamining future armor models proves Gree is working hard to release new content.

Why are you so quick to judge? You're acting as if GREE has never made mistakes before or that they always tell the truth. Just because TWO said they checked three times (or however many times) to make sure they're banning the right people doesn't mean it's true. They may have just made a script to ban people for x reason, where x reason might not even be for if they obtained gems for reasons other than purchasing/arena/eb/etc(in-game crap).

Well we at Titans of Olympus suffered major problems this war. For some reason I am unable to post this in a new thread perhaps because I've only made 10 posts here previously or something but here it goes.

Firstly our GM left and a few other players but Gree can hardly be faulted for that, although they left because they were getting sick of the guild alliances at the top claiming everything for themselves and the repetition. I'm not going to give my opinion on that because I don't really have a problem with it as such. However, the next bit is where the absolute chaos starts.

On the morning before the war starts our new GM is banned from the game. He has posted his receipts in our guild chat so we can see he has paid for gems and he has contacted Gree to sort something out. Of course Gree don't give a reason for their bannings so our GM is left in the dark about what it is he has supposed to have done to have caused him to get banned. Also we know that these things are never sorted out quickly.

Next we now have several members on the same day who are unable to log into the game. They haven't been banned because they are still in our guild and they are still there as I post this. However it has meant they have been unable to contribute to the war and so our position has suffered greatly because of this. This includes the Sentinal who was raised to Guild Master after our previous GM was banned that very morning and also includes the new sentinel who replaced him and also two other players.

To top it all off one of our members that very same morning was scammed out of their account by one of the other members in our guild. So we had to kick out the scammer and it also meant we were down another member when it came to the guild war. Our luck has been absolutely rotten. It doesn't help when we have members in our guild who can't participate because they are unable to log in.

So I guess what I'm asking is what in blazes is going on? Also has any other guild suffered these kinds of problems?

Hello everyone! Newb to the forum, but gm of Jon3s Gang. Ive been playing, spending on KnD for a long time now. This past Thursday I tried to play the game and when the load screen goes away I get a product purchase error that then force closes the game. Im not banned, still in my guild, but in the 5 days since ive emailed and called Gree a ton, with no response at all... What in the world did I do to deserve this? Hoe do I fix this? I didnt do anything wrong, but im unable to play or get help... this sucks, im at my wits end. Can anyone help me?

Its been now 5 days and 3 hours since ive been having this problem. Im losing faith Gree will rectify this issue justly. I missed the whoke guild war, messing up our rewards. Ive missed the latest epic boss, wont be getting to 51 kills like usual and getting my + version of the boss armor, not to mention all the rewards and damage rewards. And im totally screwed in the arena. This has totally set me back and made me wonder... How can a company that made 5 million dollars in a 30 day period have such horrible customer service and not care at all abou the people making them that money? Gree is rated F by the Better Business Bureau, all the things ive seen online are that they do this kind of stuff very often. Many people suffer the same problems with little or no positive outcome... ive been a loyal and honest player from day one, and this is how im rewarded? Its really shameful...

Well, you could tell him to go read a book, watch a movie, or you know, go talk to someone in real life, but...

Probably not worth it. He's too depressed from not being able to play for 5 days and what is it, 8 hours? Oh the horror!

Not saying you are wrong but the receipts he showed us went all the way up to just before he got banned.

Not all got banned some got a currency correction so I'm not sure how this ban really works,why is it different for some?

Not true, we had people we kicked out from our guilds that were glitching (made apparent by the 1200 armors and only 50$ worth of reciepts).

Edit: At least for one glitch, dont know whether there were more than one.

I'm don't know about that glitch so I couldn't say. Turns out however one of our membesr who couldn't log on ended up banned after the war while the other was able to log back in. The other two quit and left the game. I have now been made GM of the guild.

There are some that told me they cheated and all gree did was take they're gems they are still playing with all max epics!i don't understand gree logic

No he was explaining it to me and their epics were from chests with cheated gems
