There are several factions that I'd describe as "shells of a faction" nowadays...

If a faction is abandoned, Gree terms them "dee" for defunct. Only support can put you in one of those. It's easier just to create a new faction. Add a few cheap bonuses, you have a shell faction.

The problem is with abandoned. If its abandoned, no one's left in it, meaning only support can reactivate it.

I have a faction for my LLP army. I was moving them around to get some free boosts at my HLP faction and stupidly forget to leave someone in there to man the velvet rope.

Big dummy me, took them all out. I learned the hard way about patience and getting someone back in there.

Support finally sorted it after 10-12 days.

Tip for others: always invite them after they've left to the faction they left. That way, one will have an invite to let himself back in the faction.

Test it though, by leaving someone as leader just in case it doesn't work. Normally it does, but you need to verify it before fully trusting in it.

These days I leave a level 3 as leader when I'm shuffling things about. This game teaches lessons even though that's not what it's about.

3) What is most important, this isn't where you recruit. It's in that out of the way forum called Faction Recruitment.

And on that note to any others who have trouble reading; posting recruit information here or asking for raid boss help (which in my humble opinion; is the same thing) in the general chat; will get you ignored and mocked by the real denizens of this forum.
