Ticket number 1413420 the only reason I ask is I have to go into surgery and will be hospitalized for a while and would like to get it done before I go to the hospital so I will be able to play while I am recuperating in hospital. Thank you so very much! I think you guys helped me out but customer service said it was done but it did not work
