Answer regarding 22/22 prize screw up

When will rewards be fixed regarding the prize for finishing 22/22 of normal raid boss. Many of us got the completion but not the prize. What is our next course of action?

this was fixed yesterday, admins made a coupe posts about it. You should have the prize if you completed this level, I have mine. If not send in a ticket and good luck (you will need it). Prize was Banshee Stealth Sub (S) 52980/53067

If you completed the event and did not receive the Banshee Stealth Sub after the fix, send in a ticket to the Support Team.

Opening this one back up for a second. We are currently investigating these; if you were in Faction at the time Banshee Strike 22/22 was completed (so, end of the regular chain), and you still don't have it, send in a ticket like Gemh requested.

If you weren't in faction at the time, that's not something that is broken (we've had a few of those, is why I'm clarifying here).
