Lost accounts? Ticket drop

Once when my team had this problem a admin asked for a ticket number.
What i want to aim for in this thread is those with the subject problem, post their ticket number here. When it was submitted and see if we can get them resolved quickly.
This is also to reduce the amount of threads from members with the same problem
(Team gree i hope this isnt over stepping a mark i know your influence is limited in these matters but maybe 1 post you can ask the dev's to look at and help us all out)

We really can't assist with tickets via the forums. We've done so in previous limited cases and what happens is that a ton of people start threads requesting the same (which is understandable). The problem there is that we do not have the same number of forum admins as we do dedicated support agents, so it just ends up being a bunch of people bumping their threads and harassing the admins to get attention for their tickets. People need to stick with the normal support process.
