Open ticket closed without fix

I am so sick to death with a certain customer support rep who gives canned statements and answers that have nothing to do with my problem. Now I find out that my ticket was updated as solved and I have not received what I paid for. It never used to be that bad. I think it was updated as such to clear the message que.

Gree is the only company in the world that I know of that will close a ticket when they "start looking at it" instead of when they resolve it.
