During one semester he studied a fungus called Ophiocordyceps Unilateralis (OU) and how that fungus can manipulate the evolutionary behavioural traits to change behavioural patterns of other unrelated living organisms.
Zippy the Pinhead learned that the fungus OU totally control ants that are now effectively walking Zombies, where the fungus becomes the master and the ant believes it is acting voluntarily when in fact it is being directed to do exactly what OU wants.
Upon receiving a High Distinction that semester, Zippy quickly saw an opportunity so he quit biology.
Zippy enrolled for a degree in IT/Game design.
