Defensive win notification?

So I open my iPad to check where things are at and lo and behold, there's a message on the notification that reads (roughly):

"Your defenses fought if an attack from <player name>! You've won $18!"

And what do you know, there's another one in the win column...

Anyone else see this? And Gree, I want my $18!!! I swear, you'll get it back in gem purchases...

I've seen them also. Is this an active item now or one for a future release where it goes into an account for in game purchases?
