Concrete Drop Rate

Concrete drop rate is really really bad now. You can attack 45 times and not pick up one concrete. Something has to change on this.

Its been like This since they "fixed" Some issues/bugs with the folder drop

concrete drop rate has been very bad for several months already, very very bad. But still they think we are swimming in them :(
