Mods: mod for the top 1000 prize

Can we get a mod plz.. First time since syndicates came out we have no mod off that prize... We had a 3% reduction time off building a couple wars back can we get that mod again for the top 1000 prize or any type of building mod thx

There should indeed be modifiers all the way down to T4000...

This is a little under 4 days worth of effort. For as terrible as the T1500 & T4000 prizes are, players should be better rewarded for their efforts.

I would like a explosive weapon.

Preferably between 200k A/ 300k D, with a modifiers of a) increase mafia attack and defense by 50%, b) 100% bonus IP in battle and c) reduce upgrade time and cost 80%.

Also call it one man BOOM.

Can't wait to see it in my inventory for free.
