Does the mod stack?

If it doesn't stack, then the item isn't worth $600mil. If it does, then it is... at least with my IPH and banked cash.

It is best to just assume it is a no. "Working on it" means its somewhere on the list of priorities between "update defense buildings" and "go back in time for Funzio".
