follow up for the January gold I didnt recieve

So after gree told me I didnt spend enough to get the bonus gold, and sent me what they show I purchased and closed my ticket, I sent them the order number, time, date, and amount of the 1 purchase they "say they dont" have a record to reopen it and get further anwsers and hopefully resolve the issue so it didnt have to come to a thread so I could be heard.. Now almost 6 days later I havnt got another reply back from them... hmm strange right? Not really I suppose im sure they was hopeing I would just buy more gold for battle, which didn't happen... anyway to sum it up, I really just would like a mod to read this and help me get this fixed since there gold bonus "specialists" obviously could care less.. thanks in advanced if someone helps me out..

u do know that u need to match $500 US dollars for the first tier, if ur in a diff country u need to calculate what the dollars worth

I live in US, spent 505$ to get it, they said I spent 405 $, I have every order number time and date that I bought them, they sent that they said I bought and there is 1 vault missing off it.
