Hi, my mate lost all his data on his ipad, we tried a restore but that hasnt worked this time.

His account is acting leader in our reserves and getting his account back on his device would be great.

happened to us and read this thread it took a minth to get resolved....they will get it fixed .....good luck with it

Dropping accounts is hard as he is the only member. Still no resolve on that. Also wanna bring ticket #1375670 to the table

As a faction leader and heavy gold spender I hope this issue will be solved as soon as possible, ticket 1377910.

Good luck, I'm on day 14 and have not heard a thing back and am getting to a point where I dont care anymore, it's been nice not playing each day makes me further removed from the game (and also more pissed off at their customer service.)
