im using ipad air and iphone 5s. both on verizon cellular network. don't notice a difference. if i had to guess tho, it would be the 5s.

one thing is for sure, there is no lag other than the actual time it takes for server refreshes.

On older devices, if you have an iPhone and an iPad both with the same processor, the iPad will always be faster running CC. Even my iPad 2 runs CC smoothly during Raid Boss.

Can't comment about the iPad Air vs iPhone 5S because I don't have the former ;)

Not just limited to devices, if you wear racing gloves with cutout finger will also makes a difference. Every miliseconds counts during syn war.

Doesn't speed depend on server response more than your device? (confused)The game is slow on my old iPod touch, not on my newer phone or pad, so device can be a factor. I imagine most newer devices are about the same.

I'm on ipad4 32gb -if this matters- using wifi and it's pretty fast and good
