January bonus gold?

Just wondering if anyone recieved there bonus gold this month for the money they spent in January!?! Me and a couple others I know have not .. I put in a ticket and was told my issue is being sent onto a bonus gold "specialist" but havnt heard anything from them for a while.

Well I finally got a request from gree now, they are saying I didnt spend enough money, they sent me what there records show I bought, which is 405 $ dollars worth, and I have all the reciepts, which totals 505 $. There records have dates and all so told thrm thr exact date I bought the other vault that wasnt on there record
