Intel Folders no longer dropping with New Battle Fallout update

I was getting a pretty decent drop rate before the last update. Then suddenly no folders despite thousands of energy spent. I'm sending a ticket now.

Maybe I suddenly got unlucky. But the change was striking. I could try rebooting the app again, but everything else already works fine. I'm reluctant to continue without guidance.

If you are on droid nada. ios plentiful....Wish gree would give more love to its droid users

Hi hate to say this but your comment isn't really useful because there are two situations, one with IOS where folders are dropping and the other android where folders are not dropping.

I'm on ios, not droid. But it is a iPhone 4. That might make a difference. I also never upgraded to 7 because there isn't enough room.

I rebooted. Thought I had same issue, but not as severe. I finally got 1 intel folder to drop after about 5000 energy spent. That is no where near the good drop rate I got over the past several days.

But that is just the tip of the iceburg for issues on Android. And i do have enough cheese or wine to list it.

I started this thread.

I have an IOS device. Although I did have a problem then, I'm starting to get folders now. I don't know what (if anything) they did to solve the problem. I can tell you that I rebooted the app several times.

This isn't the first glitch I've noticed when data updates are released. It's almost like clockwork. If an update starts, expect trouble somewhere. The time before this it was a graphic problem where the device would not show that my buildings were ready to collect. Subsequently I would get cleaned out through a raid...thinking that I had already collected everything possible. Rebooting several times then seemed to fix the problem.

Why do I have to reboot the app several times to get a clean update? Once I can understand, but 3 times!

If you still are experiencing this problem, I suggest you reboot your device 3 times like I did.
