So recently my syndicate name has been changed from 'The Loyal Bastards' to 'The Loyal B'. The syndicate item for the raid boss is a 'Gold Digging Hoe', which is no way less inappropiate than our syndicate name.

When I asked for our name to be changed back I got this response...

Any offensive name in nature is a violation of Terms and condition of the game, So we are unable to change the name of your syndicate

Interesting... even more so the fact that Gree are violating their own T&C's, to the peeps who do not know if you follow the missions early on in the game one of the splash screens says something like "teach those bastards a lesson" its either that or something very similar.. deffo uses the B word though, maybe devs should go through the missions game files with a global search for the B word..

Bastard isn't a swear word straight up, there is plenty of players out there who have properly offensive names and what happens? Nothing. The game is littered with various swears and offensive words/messages so changing "Bastards" to "B" just doesn't make sense.

Anyway, the item isn't even a Hoe its a spade/shovel. Gree lied to us.

For what its worth, the word bastard is in The Bible, KJV. Surely if cussing is a sin, the Lord wouldn't put a cuss word in the Bible. Since bastard is in the Bible, it cannot possibly be a vulgar word. Seek. References below and look for yourself.

Yes, we realize its a spade. Which is even more disturbing that they can call a weapon a hoe, but these guys cnt say bastard in their syndicate. What about the character names? I've seen so many, even have a few myself. Best one I saw was A Giant Dildo, so when he attacked me my news feed said You Were Attacked By A Giant Dildo. That's ok, but don't you dare say bastard.
