yup, confirmed, he just made mistake - it's not $ signs, but valor units cos, so i can now upgrade to lvl 10 no problem, and with 35% income modifier, you will get 35% more gold, so not such a bad deal, if you have more income modifiers, you may wake up to like 30-50pcs of gold daily

I just got an update! The information in this thread is wrong.

The next LE is a called a Luna building that can only be placed on the moon. We can't see it because we look down on our base, not up. But it's there...somewhere.
