Mods please assist - Accidentally sold building, need a refund

I sent in a ticket, but from experience I know those will take a while. Possibly a mod here could help me sort this out faster? It was a toy box, one of the old LTBs.

We handle tickets as they come in the queue. I'd say it's a 1-3 day wait with the current ticket volume. Unfortunately we can't jump anyone up the line.

They've done this for me a couple of times. Always put the building back with in 3-5 days.
