Cases dropping, not registering

Several faction members, including myself, are having trouble with the current case event. While cases are dropping they are nowhere to be found when we go to open them.

Cuz the wrong crates are dropping at a much higher rate than the correct ones. Already a thread on this btw

Thanks I saw where multiple cases where dropping but not where the correct ones were not registering, hopefully Gree gets it worked out soon.

Not exactly the same issue.

I can confirm black cases dropping but not registering. They sure look like black cases and NOT rugged cases.

NONE of the case, regardless of what they are, are registering for me. It doesn't matter what it looks like...black, white, blue, purple, brown. Nothing registers and so there is nothing to open. Yet stuff is dropping in the graphics at a normal rate.

Same here. I've had a good drop rate, but I'm only showing about 20% collected. This event will be over very soon for me if this continues. :(
