Play CC on Facebook / Google+ On PC?

Is it still possible to play CC on Facebook / Google+ on the Personal Computer or laptop?

No - but you can install Bluestacks to PCwhich is an Android emulator then install CC from the Play Store as you would on any other device. Not sure if this meets your need as your account will then reside on the machine it is installed upon as opposed to being truly 'online' by logging-in anywhere.
