Language Violation - looks like it's goodbye and goodluck all !

Hi all,

I'm not sure how or why but I have been muted from my wall and team due to a language violation, I'm not sure where or how I did it as my personal wall hasn't worked from an upgrade around a year ago and I haven't really needed it, you will see I have been active here, what I don't understand is I have put different tickets to support and had quick replies saying nothing can really be done... OK

All I want to know is what I did and when... Not to much to ask.

I was the leader or NrS and also officer / leader of seal team six - we hit the top 50 on a regular basis - as you can imagine lots of time and money spent, you would have thought I deserved a reply of what and when I broke the rules...

I don't know, anyways thought I would sign off from from the forum as I no longer have a voice or leadership in the game, I have made many friends had some great chats, debates and even beers along the way, I nearly got to 10 million stats, my little personal goal lol

Thanks to all that have helped and chatted over the last year or so.

Most likely it was a mix-up on Gree's end. This is a silly thing to quit over bro. With such high placement, you guys obviously use a chat app to get things done. Have one of your officers post in game messages... That is what you have officers for. Personally I feel it to be an advantage to be silenced in game chat so you don't half to answer all those requests to stop raiding your enemy. Give your self a Spanish name and they will think you don't speak English.

It's sort of the last straw buddy, when you spend the money and time that I have - and to get quick responses from gree that are unhelpful is not good, all I asked was for confirmation and an answer... We do use chat apps but a lot of our close banter is on our faction wall - banning one of the leaders for no good reason and then not helping in support is just wrong.

it's not just chat although that is confirmed to be muted, my donations and folders were not showing after donating, so it's more then just a chat problem :( I have tried for about three weeks to sort with support and although they have responded quickly the best advice I have is that my problems would be looked at by a specialist lol...

I have had that response from gree before and nothing...

Oh well my post wasn't to moan about gree, it was to say my goodbyes to the guys I had battled with and chatted to over the last year.

I feel your pain bro. We all experience negativity in one way or another in this game. I hope they resolve this issue as it really doesn't seem like you are quite ready to hand up your hat. If you do indeed to decide to leave than Godspeed my friend.

Very familiar... Happened a complete ban on my strongest account for violation of ToS - was in top 25 faction, really good stats and boom - no responses to questions, money spent as well, just a wall - that's what you get sometimes for being GREEdy's loyal customer I guess, but at the same time it's a good push to quit spending, playing all for fun and for free now with old friends that's all, you can still do same as you use external chat, not crappy game one, that game one i forget when i looked at it even unsilensed...

Contact Google Play Store or Apple and demand a refund. I did due to all the bugs and hacks and they gave me a full refund for my gold purchases over the amount of time I discribed in my complaint. The only way GREE will listen is when it starts costing them money.
