So during the boss event, I have been trying to attack people to summon bosses and this happens:

2,960,000 (Loss) 2,450,000 (Won)

Like what the ****!? 400k higher and I'm still losing? But I beat someone who has 3.2 mil? WHAT?

Multiply your attack by 0.82
Thats the 100% win I've heard.
Also do taps in Canal Street to trigger bosses. Don't attack :)

0.82 doesn't guarantee a win for a long time now.

That's weird. Works for me and my entire syndicate.

I'm pretty sure as your stats start pushing up over the 10mil mark the success rate drops to 75% though.

82% doesn't work anymore, but maybe 75%

Really not sure what you are complaining about. This has always been the case. When you are that close you will win most but not all.

Something like that. What's for sure is that the percentage decreases. The higher the statuses, the smaller the percentage.

For example, this isn't exact

- 50k attack can't beat nor rob 55k defense.
- 1m attack can't beat 1.5m defense, but it can successfully rob it.
- 7m attack can rob 11m defense.
- 15m attack can rob 19m defense.
- 22m attack can rob 32m defense.
- 50m attack can rob 65m defense... and so on

I'm surprised not everyone has noticed this. "Your 20 grand account can't be safe from my 5 grand account". This is due to stats inflation. Now with the recent rival list change, without doubt, the ones spending money and saying nothing are evidently being fooled (speaking of the ones that don't have cash to burn) out of their money.

GREE employees explanation for this is "we have to keep new players interested". What that means is that you have to suck it up. :)

My suggestion, don't spend more money on statuses until GREE finally fix the basics.

EDIT: The game is kind of getting boring, the recent rival list change is the fun killer, among other things.

I lost (more than 5M) against (less than 4M)

Typically 80% of your attack should work. Some things to bear in mind though is how many points you have in attack and how many points your opponent has in defence. Also the amount of weapons and armour play a small role in your successful chances as well I'm told.

So if you have a lot of points in attack you should be safe at 80% provided your opponent doesn't have a lot of points in defence. Otherwise like the other posters mentioned I would go a bit lower at 75%.

It's similar to the lottery or Bingo chances are better the more you have into the game. The more you play the better the chances. All you can do is spin the wheel and hope for no whammies !

The only thing I don't like about the rival list is I never fight anybody under 2mil defense but they have no problem putting people over 5mil on the list. I'm 3mil attack. If it goes up to 5m it should go down to 1mil

Players stronger than me are more common, but I don't have too much trouble finding targets that are weaker.

I do know the .82 works pretty closely but peoples influence and mafia strength makes a big difference too I believe. You gotta have a full mafia and make sure you have weapons bought for them.

If you have a lot of points in attack, you should consider deleting your character and starting over :p

So don't attack again and be done with the issue. This game is designed to fk you over in every way possible.
