If you only changed phones, why not just use the Funzio ID to transfer your account?

I have lost my phone ( he wants to die) i have tryied to transfer my account to my friends iPad just for THE raid boss event, And what i get was just a New account ( New id but with THE same Apple store id) now i have my New phone, And im getting back THE iPad account, not my real account.....ggggrrrrrrr

No, it was an iPhone 4S, i have all my info back from my backup at iTunes, just lost my modern war account.....why???
I know than its because i've tryed to use an iPad before i tryed to transfer THE game to
My New phone, but i dont really think than i need to wait so much time to get ņu account back

They need your alliance id and level to help complete the transfer. Anything else you can remember about your account can help too. Also include the alliance id of the new account as well so they can verify what account you are replacing.

Any receipts for gold buying
Approximate date of last log in..
And 9 digit MW ID (also known allies code)
Also the 9digit ID of new game installed on your phone..

Your profile page screen shot have all the info..

I m sure they will get it back for you in 4 to 5 days..after sending them this information
Also send them an email a day..

Happened to my friend.. He got it back in 5-6 days..

It took me weeks and a whole lot of *****ing to get mine back when I upgraded phones. Shame on them for not making it as easy as using Game Center.

More than a good idea to remove the first post on this thread, or blank out the key information, unless you want to lose your account permanently.

All you need to leave there is the Player ID Invite code. Also be a excellent idea if you post the ticket number as well.

I lost my modern war ac when I update to ios7 n sent all my information to Gree to get my original ac back. Six months ago with 3 tickets sent. No answer from Gree until now. I still playing this game with new ac but of course no more gold spent. I save over a thousand n spent on my new iPad air n iPhone 5, just play everyday for 30 mins. I spent thousands n all my time on this game before I lost my ac. It's absolutely stupid if u spent real money with Gree. Hope u folks learn something in my experience.

Well.....finally they sendme an e-Mail...... Just asking me for all THE info than they need to help me !!!!!!!!!! WTF! I've made it before!!!!!!!!!!! All what they need is just check my e mails......

I dont understand the people having so many problems. I'm on Android, followed the directions provided, and had my account up and running on my new phone in probably less than 2 minutes. How can you play games on that tiny iphone screen anyways?
