Yes that's the plan. Our faction will be done today. We are halfway through 15/20. It only takes 22 people in your faction doing individual to do faction.

I just want to confirm that faction must be complete to do the commanders. 300 gold shy of 4 vaults. I'll probably use it to finish off the commanders. Considering the last ltq was 4000+ gold for no bonus, this is a steal!
